Welcome to my website! I'm an assistant professor in the philosophy department at Cal Poly in lovely San Luis Obispo, CA.
My research focuses primarily on agency and responsibility, especially as these topics intersect with broader issues in metaphysics, action theory, ethics, moral psychology, philosophy of mind, philosophy of religion, and social philosophy.
I completed my Ph.D. at the University of Arizona in Spring 2020 under the supervision of Michael McKenna (Chair), Carolina Sartorio (Rutgers), Mark Timmons, Terry Horgan, and Dana K. Nelkin (UC San Diego). I spent some time as a visiting student at the UC San Diego philosophy department, and I earned my B.A. from Kenyon College.
Here's my CV.
